how to insert page break that specify where a new page will begin in the printed copy. Page breaks are inserted above and to the left of the selection. for enable page break we use Page Layout View for view the document as it will appear on the printed page. We use this view to see where pages begin and end and to view any headers or footers. Click the View tab then click Page Layout. Select cell Except the first then Click the Page Layout tab then click Breaks then click Insert Page Break.
Step 1: If yours Breaks option disabled follow step 2, else follow step 3.
Step 2: Click the View tab > click Page Layout.
Now you viewing the document as it will appear on the printed page.
Step 3: Select cell (Except the first) > Click the Page Layout tab > click Breaks > click Insert Page Break.
